This extensive remodel of a 1980 Alan Taniguchi designed home. The scope of work includes updating all the finishes and re-working many aspects of the floor plan. New windows, stucco, flooring, cabinetry, AV and lighting control, mechanical systems will give this project a needed upgrade. The material palate and interior detailing has also been dramatically improved, featuring a leather wrapped staircase, leather tiles, cabinets of Wenge, Jacoba, and rift sawn oak, basalt tile, fireslate countertops and beautiful fixtures and appliance
